  FC experiment of A431 using 82889-2-RR

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human RBM17 (82889-2-RR, Clone:230125A10) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:166 (red), or 0.5 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.

• Positive IHC detected in: mouse testis tissue; Note: suggested antigen retrieval with TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) Alternatively, antigen retrieval may be performed with citrate buffer pH 6.0

Recommended dilution

• Immunohistochemistry (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500

Background Information

RNA-binding motif protein 17 (RBM17), also named splicing factor 45, was first identified as a member of the spliceosome. RBM17 expression is low in normal tissues but is overexpressed in several forms of cancer, including breast, ovarian and prostate.
