  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HUVEC cells using CoraLite®594 POFUT1 antibody (CL594-14929) at dilution of 1:200.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite®594 POFUT1 antibody (CL594-14929) at dilution of 1:200.

  FC experiment of A431 using CL594-14929

  1X10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human POFUT1 (CL594-14929) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
