  WB analysis using 24716-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24716-1-AP (PFAS antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of A431 using 24716-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A431 cells using PFAS antibody (24716-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

Background Information

Phosphoribosylformylglycinamidine synthase (PFAS) is a highly conserved enzyme that catalyzes the fourth step of de novo purine synthesis. It catalyzes the ATP-dependent conversion of formylglycinamide ribonucleotide (FGAR) and glutamine to yield formylglycinamidine ribonucleotide (FGAM) and glutamate.
