  WB analysis of human brain using 21204-1-AP

  human brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21204-1-AP (PCDHGB3 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of Neuro-2a using 21204-1-AP

  Neuro-2a cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21204-1-AP (PCDHGB3 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
