• 

  WB analysis using 14604-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14604-1-AP (MEMO1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of A549 using 14604-1-AP

  WB result of MEMO1 antibody (14604-1-AP; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-MEMO1 transfected A549 cells.

• 

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 14604-1-AP

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14604-1-AP (MEMO1 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of BxPC-3 using 14604-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of BxPC-3 cells using 14604-1-AP (MEMO1 antibody) at dilution of 1:25 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
