• 

  WB analysis using 12786-2-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12786-2-AP (MAGEB4 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of K-562 using 12786-2-AP

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12786-2-AP (MAGEB4 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
