  WB analysis of human plasma using 11541-1-AP

  human plasma (0.3 ug) were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11541-1-AP (IgG light chain Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of human spleen using 11541-1-AP

  human spleen tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11541-1-AP (IgG light chain (lambda) antibody at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
