• 

  WB analysis using 13541-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13541-1-AP (FUK antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

FUK, also named FCSK, belongs to the GHMP kinase family. FUK encodes fucokinase, the only enzyme capable of converting L-fucose to fucose-1-phosphate, which will ultimately be used for synthesizing GDP-fucose, the donor substrate for all fucosyltransferases (PMID: 30503518).
