• 

  WB analysis using 67524-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67524-1-Ig (FES antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of A549 using 67524-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using 67524-1-Ig (FES antibody), at dilution of 1:300 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).
