• 

  WB analysis of NIH/3T3 using 22553-1-AP

  NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22553-1-AP (FAM129B Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 22553-1-AP

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Human FAM129B (22553-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (green), and 0.2 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 90% MeOH .

FAM129B, also named as Niban-like protein 1 or C9orf88, is a 746 amino acid protein, which contains one PH domain and belongs to the Niban family. FAM129B localizes in the cytoplasm and may play a role in apoptosis suppression and promote melanoma cell invasion in vitro.
