• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 15244-1-AP

  WB result of ESD antibody (15244-1-AP; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-ESD transfected HeLa cells.

• 

  WB analysis of K-562 using 15244-1-AP

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15244-1-AP (ESD antibody) at dilution of 1:1200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
