• 

  WB analysis using 17601-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17601-1-AP (DNALI1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse testis using 17601-1-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17601-1-AP (DNALI1 antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

DNALI1 belongs to the inner dynein arm light chain family and encodes a subunit of the light intermediate chain of inner dynein arms of the axoneme of sperm flagella (PMID: 36792588). DNALI1 promotes neurodegeneration after traumatic brain injury via inhibition of autophagosome-lysosome fusion (PMID: 38348540). Mutation in DNALI1 Causes Male Infertility with Severe Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia in Humans (PMID: 38212584).
