  WB analysis of C6 using 12626-1-AP

  C6 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12626-1-AP (CYB5R4 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of BxPC-3 using 12626-1-AP

  BxPC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12626-1-AP (CYB5R4 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
