  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-13427

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human CNPase (CL488-13427) (red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Flow Cytometry (FC): FC : 0.40 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

Background Information

CNP(2',3'-cyclic-nucleotide 3'-phosphodiesterase) belongs to the cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase family. It plays an essential role in axonal survival but not in myelin assembly, coupling oligodendroglial functions in axonal support and myelination. This protein has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing with molecular mass of 45 and 48 kDa.
