• 

  WB analysis of mouse skin using 15803-1-AP

  mouse skin tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15803-1-AP (Calpain S2 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of rat skin using 15803-1-AP

  rat skin tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15803-1-AP (Calpain S2 antibody at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of mouse skin using 15803-1-AP

  IP result of anti-Calpain S2 (IP:15803-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:15803-1-AP 1:300) with mouse skin tissue lysate 2000ug.
