  WB analysis of A549 using 21405-1-AP

  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21405-1-AP (APRT antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of A431 using 21405-1-AP

  A431 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21405-1-AP (APRT antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of A549 using 21405-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (10% Formaldehyde) fixed A549 cells using 21405-1-AP (APRT antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
