  WB analysis using 68327-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68327-1-Ig (AKR1B10 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

Aldo-keto reductase family 1 member B10 (AKR1B10), which belongs to the AKR superfamily, consists of 316 amino acids and its gene is located on chromosome 7q33. AKR1B10 was initially identified in liver cancer. It is highly expressed in the small intestine, colon, and adrenal gland.
